PickPulse Rules

PickPulse competitions are skill-based football prediction challenges. Winners are determined by prediction accuracy using published scoring rules. Winners are not selected randomly.

How It Works

• Choose a competition.
• Choose the club you want to enter through.
• Pay the entry fee to participate.
• Submit score predictions for all listed matches before the deadline.
• When all valid match results are confirmed, PickPulse calculates the final standings.

Prediction Deadline

Predictions close before the competition deadline, normally before the first listed match kicks off. No late predictions are accepted.

Scoring System

• 5 points — exact score correct.
• 4 points — correct result and correct goal difference.
• 3 points — correct result only.
• 0 points — incorrect result.

Tie-Breakers

If players finish on the same number of points, final positions are decided by:

1. Most exact scores.
2. Most correct goal-difference predictions.
3. Earliest valid prediction submission.
4. Entry ID, if a final technical tie-breaker is required.

Void Matches

If a match is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or otherwise marked as void, it is excluded from scoring. Artificial scores or assumed results are not used.

Payment Requirement

Creating an account does not confirm participation. A player must successfully pay the entry fee for a specific competition before that entry is valid.

Final Results

Once all valid match results are entered, PickPulse calculates the final standings using the scoring system and tie-breakers above. Final standings identify the winning positions for each club-based competition group.
