How Your Club Joins PickPulse
A simple start-to-finish guide showing what your club needs to do to join PickPulse and take part in competitions.
1Apply To Join PickPulse
Go to pickpulsego.com and complete the club application with your club's basic contact information.
2Wait For PickPulse Approval
PickPulse reviews the application. When your club is approved, we will activate the club and send your Club Portal login details by email.
3Log In To The Club Portal
Use the login details provided by PickPulse to access your club's private Club Portal.
4Check Your Club Details
Check that your club name, contact information and other club details are correct. You can also change your Club Portal password here.
5Add Your Payout Details
Enter your club's payout details securely through the Club Portal. These details are used when PickPulse needs to send money earned by your club.
6Wait For A Competition To Be Offered
When PickPulse makes a competition available to your club, it will appear in the Club Portal. If your club has opted in to WhatsApp messages, you will also receive a WhatsApp notification letting you know that a competition is available.
7Decide Whether The Timing Suits Your Club
Your club does not have to accept every competition. You may already have another fundraiser, event or campaign running, so your club decides whether this is a good time to run a PickPulse competition.
8Accept The Competition
If the timing suits your club, log in to the Club Portal and accept the competition. Once accepted, your club is taking part in that competition.
9Promote The Competition
After accepting the competition, share it with your members, players, parents, former players and supporters. PickPulse provides ready-to-use WhatsApp and Facebook share links directly on the competition page.
10Players Register And Select Your Club
Supporters register with PickPulse and enter the competition through your club.
11Entries And Predictions Open
When PickPulse publishes the seven football fixtures, players can pay their entry fee and submit their predictions. Entries and predictions close when the earliest of the seven matches kicks off. After that deadline, no new entries or prediction changes are accepted.
12Follow The Competition
Your club can use the Club Portal to follow its competition activity. PickPulse manages the competition platform, entries, payments, predictions, scoring and results.
13Results And Club Winner
After all seven matches are complete, PickPulse calculates the final standings and determines the winner for your club.
14Payouts
PickPulse processes the winning player's prize and your club's share using the payout details provided.
Your club remains in control. PickPulse provides the competition platform and manages entries, payments, predictions, scoring, results and payout processing. Your club decides which competitions suit its own fundraising calendar.
